1. Credit River Public Water Way Restriction

Location:

Credit River to the QEW Credit River Bridge

Dates:

December 01, 2023 to April 30, 2024

Purpose:

Aerial Construction of the QEW Credit River Twin Bridge

Description:

Full closure of the Credit River in the construction zone 

Impact:

  • Demolition activities of bridge deck 
  • Construction activities include bridge deck work
  • Major impacts on marine navigation for rowers, paddlers and the public
  • Minor impact on noise is expected
  • Work will be weather dependent 

Multi-Use Path

1. Bike Lane and MUP Shift

Location:

Shift of the Mississauga Road Bike Lane, Between South Sheridan Way and the Mississauga Road QEW interchange to the NORTH and EAST side.

Dates:

Present to Summer 2024

Purpose:

Road Construction, utilities, and overpass construction.

Description:

A shift of the Mississauga Road bike lane between South Sheridan Way and the Mississauga Road-QEW interchange.

Impact:

There will be minor impacts to Pedestrians and Cyclist traffic in the area.

QEW Eastbound on-ramp at Mississauga Road

Purpose:

Ongoing QEW Credit River Improvement Project

Description:

Full closure of the QEW Eastbound on-ramp at Mississauga Road.
